Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Worldwide delivery averages 10–14 business days from the date your order ships. Remote areas may take a few days longer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Zenovely ships to most countries. 

Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we upload the tracking code to your account and send it by email. You can also paste the code on our Track Your Order page for real-time updates.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Tracking links sometimes take 24–48 hours to refresh. If your package appears stuck for more than three business days, reach out and we’ll investigate.


Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most local debit cards.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Zenovely uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store raw card data on our servers.


Returns & Refunds

What’s your return window?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

What condition must items be in?
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email zenovely.store@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and mailing instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover all costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we inspect the return.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
